She liaises with clients, sponsors, and supporters regarding efficient communication on the delivery of services. In addition, she leads communications to the ELO Network through newsletters, social media and other channels.

Kyla brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic communications across the wellness, education, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors. With a background that includes lead roles at organizations such as lululemon athletica and the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, Kyla is known for her creative vision, sharp execution, and ability to build meaningful brand narratives that align with organizational purpose.

As both a strategist and communicator, Kyla has helped grow digital communities, lead cross-functional teams, and launch purpose-driven initiatives that resonate deeply with audiences. She is passionate about contributing to mission-driven organizations and believes that every role—no matter how big or small—is a sacred calling to serve with excellence and intention.

Outside of her professional life, Kyla is equally committed to service and community. She serves weekly with her border collie, Pax, as a certified therapy dog handler for St. John Ambulance, visiting hospital patients with cancer and trauma.

Kyla finds joy in gardening, strong coffee, creative pursuits and daily walks with her husband and two border collies. Whether behind a campaign or behind the scenes, Kyla brings heart, strategy, and unwavering purpose to everything she does.
