Kurtis Kube's role with ELO is to engage fully with the ELO Network community and to provide ways in which ELO can provide value to them. Kurtis is a conduit to a range of resources, opportunities and connections available to members of the ELO Network.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience, Kurtis has guided organizations through strategic planning, fundraising, and operations, His career spans roles in advising, marketing, sales, teaching, and development.
A skilled communicator, Kurtis has taught in diverse settings, including private colleges, public institutions, churches, and the US Federal Bureau of Prisons, adeptly conveying complex business concepts, biblical principles, and leadership strategies. His extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management across nonprofit, retail, and manufacturing sectors underscores his ability to foster meaningful connections and navigate conflicts with grace.
Kurtis’ managerial expertise shines in both for-profit and nonprofit arenas, where he designs and implements marketing campaigns, conducts financial analysis, and drives strategic initiatives rooted in ethical, faith-based values. His analytical rigor and proactive problem-solving align organizational objectives with a commitment to principled leadership.
Above all, Kurtis seeks to glorify God by integrating faith within the marketplaces of life, inspiring others through his work and vision. He is currently serving as co-Director of the Leadership & Business program at Columbia Bible College, Abbotsford, BC.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Columbia Bible College, Kurtis seamlessly blends theological depth with strategic business expertise.
