Kurtis Kube, MBA, is a dynamic leader dedicated to weaving Biblical faith into the fabric of professional and everyday life. Holding a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University (Azusa, California), and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Columbia Bible College (Abbotsford, British Columbia), Kurtis seamlessly blends theological depth with strategic business expertise.
Kurtis joins the ELO Group as Vice President of Network Relations, bringing a wide range of leadership experience and training. His role focuses on building strategic partnerships, connecting ELO partners and attendees with like minded leaders and business owners. With nearly two decades of leadership experience, Kurtis has guided organizations through strategic planning, fundraising, and operations, currently serving as co-Director of the Leadership & Business program at Columbia Bible College. His career spans roles in advising, marketing, sales, teaching, and development.
A skilled communicator, Kurtis has taught in diverse settings, including private colleges, public institutions, churches, and the United States Federal Bureau of Prisons, adeptly conveying complex business concepts, Biblical principles, and leadership strategies. His extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management across nonprofit, retail, and manufacturing sectors underscores his ability to foster meaningful connections and navigate conflicts with grace.
Kurtis’s managerial expertise shines in both for-profit and nonprofit arenas, where he designs and implements marketing campaigns, conducts financial analysis, and drives strategic initiatives rooted in ethical, faith-based values. His analytical rigor and proactive problem-solving align organizational objectives with a commitment to principled leadership.
Since 2014, Kurtis has been a pivotal force in shaping Columbia Bible College’s Leadership and Business program, leveraging his extensive expertise to design and enhance its curriculum as a cornerstone of innovative, faith-integrated education. As co-Director and a dedicated instructor, he passionately guides students, blending strategic business principles with Biblical values to foster transformative leadership.
Along with daily living as a child of God, Kurtis' most important ministry is being a husband, and father of three.
