The ELO Group is pleased to welcome Kyla Jacobs, B.Comm (Hons), as Administrative & Marketing Manager. Kyla brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic communications across the wellness, education, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors.

She has held lead roles at organizations such as Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity and lululemon athletica, where she developed a reputation for delivering strong brand narratives, growing digital communities, and leading cross-functional teams. Kyla’s work is grounded in creativity, operational clarity, and a deep commitment to purpose-driven organizations.

In her role with ELO, Kyla will lead marketing and communications efforts while supporting organizational operations that advance the mission to equip Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders for impact.

Her passion for service extends beyond her professional work. She serves weekly with her border collie, Pax, as a certified therapy dog handler for St. John Ambulance, visiting hospital patients with cancer and trauma.
