A dynamic leader with nearly two decades of experience, Kurtis brings a unique blend of theological depth and strategic business expertise to foster transformative partnerships. Holding a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Columbia Bible College, he seamlessly integrates faith-based values with professional excellence.

In his new role, Kurtis will focus on building strategic relationships and connecting ELO partners and attendees with like-minded leaders and business owners through initiatives such as Oxford, Forums, Peer Advisory Groups, and consulting services.

His extensive background in strategic planning, fundraising, and operations, coupled with his current role as Co-Director of Columbia Bible College’s Leadership & Business program, positions him to drive impactful collaborations. Since 2014, Kurtis has been a pivotal force in shaping the program’s innovative, faith-integrated curriculum, passionately guiding students to become transformative leaders.

A skilled communicator, Kurtis has taught in diverse settings, including private colleges, public institutions, churches, and the United States Federal Bureau of Prisons, adeptly conveying complex business concepts and Biblical principles.

His expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management across nonprofit, retail, and manufacturing sectors underscores his ability to foster meaningful connections and resolve conflicts with grace. Kurtis’s managerial acumen shines in designing marketing campaigns, conducting financial analysis, and driving ethical, faith-driven initiatives.
