"I can't find good people. And if I find them, I can't keep them." This is the lament of many leaders looking for values-aligned people to help grow their organizations. And yet many organizations find good people, grow them and build an amazing organization.

This workshop will focus on “best practices” that help get results in four categories:

- Nonprofit executives - Find CxO's and divisional leaders who will deliver on strategic goals—while keeping the mission and values at the forefront.
- Church executives - Go farther, faster with a church leader who possesses a deep understanding of theology and ministry, while providing direction and management of a church and its people.
- Faith-based school executives - Ensure the long-term success of your school and its students. Executive leadership is pivotal in providing a high-quality education that is aligned with your mission and values.
