The Five Ways to Find & Keep Values-Aligned People for Faith-Based Organizations

ELO Workshop in collaboration with Vanderbloemen Search Group

 Date: November 20, 2025

Time: 8am to 10am

Location: Conference Venue

"I can't find good people. And if I find them, I can't keep them." This is the lament of many leaders looking for values-aligned people to help grow their organizations or when they are planning to exit their organization. And yet many organizations find good people, grow them and build an amazing organization.

Two specialists from the US with Vanderbloemen Search Group (VSG), Eric Albert and Bryson Isom, will be leading the workshop.

VSG is the leader in North America with respect to finding values-aligned people to grow organization. VSG has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing organizations with a greater purpose and finding top talent to lead you into the future is their mission.

This workshop is for HR managers/directors and senior leaders in an organization.

This workshop will focus on “best practices” that help get results in four categories:

  • Values-based business executives - Connect values with vision, securing executives who can balance a business’s needs to make a profit with their mission and vision for the future.
  • Nonprofit executives - Find CxO's and divisional leaders who will deliver on strategic goals—while keeping the mission and values at the forefront.
  • Church executives - Go farther, faster with a church leader who possesses a deep understanding of theology and ministry, while providing direction and management of a church and its people.
  • Faith-based school executives - Ensure the long-term success of your school and its students. Executive leadership is pivotal in providing a high-quality education that is aligned with your mission and values.
