Denis worked with Drake Beam Morin (DBM), a firm providing international career transition, training, coaching and change management consulting, over a 20-year period, from being a licensee (franchisee) to becoming President of Canadian operations.  While President of DBM’s Canadian operations he increased overall corporate revenue by 400% over a 5-year period.  He is past President of DBM’s “CEO Coaching & Transition Division” for North America, headquartered out of New York, which was the largest & leading C-Suite coaching service in North America. At the time DBM had 250 offices in 52 Countries.  Denis has also led a number of Acquisitions for DBM International.
In the NPO sector, Denis is recent past Global Chair (2004/2010) of the World Vision International Board, the largest global NGO, with 40,000 employees, revenues of about US$3 billion and operations in over 100 countries. A total of 31 boards and 20 advisory councils were accountable to the international board. In addition, there were 39 Micro-Finance Boards  (over 90 Boards with governance accountability).  He was a Board Member and Board Chairman of World Vision Canada during which time national revenues grew from $39 million to $250 million.
Denis is currently President of an independent consulting organization providing “Strategic Advisory Services”, to CEO’s and board chairs and senior executives, specializing in business solutions and excellence in governance, strategic visioning and meeting facilitation, nationally and internationally to the business and  international NGO communities.  Denis is also a past Lecturer at the Management Institute, McGill University.
Consistent with his coaching, mentoring and leadership development background, Denis’ passion is helping people realize and experience  how well they have been equipped to stretch and grow to make a positive difference in their organizations, the lives of others and the world we live in.
