ELO Network is pleased to announce that Dr. John Lennox, Professor Emeritus of Mathematics, University of Oxford, UK, will be receiving the Entrepreneurial Leaders Award at a gala on Friday, July 12th in Oxford, UK.
The ELO Entrepreneurial Leaders Award recognizes the track record of a person who is an inspiration to Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders around the world. Nominees come from various sectors, whether the business, nonprofit or academic sectors. In many instances, nominees have an impact in one or more of the sectors.
The Criteria for Identifying a Suitable Nominee include the following:
- Exemplifies the qualities of entrepreneurial leadership that are embedded in a Christian worldview
- International stature with significant influence
- Long-term influence in their chosen profession, whether directly or indirectly related to Christian ministry
- Success in their chosen field of endeavour (whether business, nonprofit or academic)
- Community involvement, whether church, para-church or philanthropic activities
- Outstanding reputation for integrity in terms of living out faith
- The person must be a role model to inspire other marketplace leaders to others to greater heights of significance

The award gala for John Lennox will take place as part of the gala wrap up of the ELO Oxford Leadership Program from July 7th – 13th. This program is a one-week executive education experience for business leaders around the globe.
