Larry Dyck, Morden, MB, Canada 

Larry Dyck’s entrepreneurial career reflects a sustained commitment to excellence and innovation and persisting through market cycles to build a stable business and building its brand and sales network throughout North America. 

Larry co-founded Decor Cabinets, a manufacturer of custom kitchen cabinets in Morden, Manitoba, in 1977. During Larry’s tenure, Décor was recognized as one of Manitoba’s 50 fastest growing companies. Decor grew from a three-man operation to having approximately 500 employees with sales across Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta in Canada and approximately 20 mid-western states in the US. Larry led the company as CEO through various stages of growth, the improvement of manufacturing operations and building out a leadership team. Larry successfully exited Décor in 2019 after 42 years.  

Larry is an expert in the Theory of Constraints TOC (building an organization with a holistic approach), production, operations and culture. He is passionate about growing people through empowerment and autonomy. He is qualified in Two Second Lean and Arbinger Mindset Change Training.  

Larry is dedicated to impacting the local and global community in supporting a variety of events and organizations. He helped lead the Décor annual charity golf tournament that raised over a million dollars for local charities and has been the chairman of the board of World Serve Ministries for 8 years and continues to be a member on the board.
