ANG Wei-Neng, CEO, Comfort Delgro Taxi - Prior to this appointment, he was Head of Bus Operations and Senior Vice President of SBS Transit Limited. He also held various managerial positions in operations and business development in diverse industries, covering countries in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and China.   Mr Ang, a Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholar, served in the Singapore Police Force before joining the private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Nanyang Technological University. Mr Ang is also a Member of Parliament for Jurong Group Representation Constituency.  

Rev. Edmund CHAN - Pastor Chan is a seasoned disciple-making pastor. As the Leadership Mentor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church, Pastor Chan is widely regarded as an insightful Bible expositor and a mentor of Christian leaders. In 1995, he launched the annual Intentional Disciple Making Church (IDMC) Conferences and serves on the advisory councils of several Christian organisations. Pastor Chan has authored "Built To Last: Towards A Disciplemaking Church", "Growing Deep in God", "Mentoring Paradigms”, "Growing Deep in Faith”, “Cultivating Your Inner Life” and “A Certain Kind”. He graduated summa cum laude from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an MA (Missions). He is married to Ann Chan, who serves as an Associate Pastor. They have two daughters, Amanda and Belicia. 

Millie CHAN, Principal, Legacy 127, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Millie founded Legacy 127 Consulting Inc. and consults with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and business families, particularly those in Asia, in the area of global estate planning, involving inter-generational wealth transfer, asset protection, capital preservation, business governance and succession.  In the terminology of holistic planning, wealth is defined to also include intangible “assets” such as the family identity, vision, values, and traditions. In addition to planning for protection and preservation of assets, Millie works with families to establish strategies and processes to promote family governance, and maintain family unity, identity and integrity. For this purpose, Millie travels regularly to Asia and works in synergy with an extensive contact base of bankers and offshore service providers for trusts, foundations and corporations.  Millie began legal practice in Malaysia in 1981. During the first seven years of practice, her practice focus was in civil and commercial litigation. In the following 2 decades, her practice concentrated on corporate and securities law, corporate finance, and commercial matters. In 2010, Millie gained admission to the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada. She practiced in the Vancouver office of Borden Ladner Gervais, a leading, national, full-service Canadian law firm. In 2018, Millie applied to be a non-practicing lawyer in British Columbia to concentrate on consulting with business families and individuals in the area of holistic global estate planning. She remains the Senior Consultant of BLG. She has also been appointed the Consultant of Shearn Delamore & Co, one of the largest law firms in Malaysia.   

CHOI Shing Kwok, Director, ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute - Choi Shing Kwok is the Director of the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute. He is also an experienced board member who has served on the boards of NUS, JTC, ST Electronics, Sembawang Resources and the Media Development Authority, among others. He is now on the boards of the SP Group and ISEAS. Before his retirement from the civil service, he was Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (MEWR) for 5 years from July 2012. He also served 7 years as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and 9 years as Director of the Security & Intelligence Division in the Ministry of Defence.  Shing Kwok obtained his Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Engineering Tripos from Cambridge University in 1981 and 1985 respectively.  He also received a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University in 1994 as an Edward Mason Fellow.  During his military career, Shing Kwok held a variety of command and staff appointments in the SAF.  Promoted to Brigadier-General in 1996, he took early retirement from the SAF in 2000 and was absorbed into the Administrative Service.  Shing Kwok has also held a variety of board appointments in public and private sector entities in the past and is currently a board member of Singapore Power Limited.  While in the SAF, Shing Kwok received the SAF Command Appointment Award in 1989 and the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1993.  For his distinguished service in the Ministry of Defence, he received the Meritorious Service Medal in 2000.  

Dr. Andrew GOH – Dr. Goh is an international platform communicator and (honorary) editor of Impact magazine. He has been in Christian publishing for more than 40 years. Among his 7 books is one written when he was “Scholar-in-Residence” at the Haggai Institute at Maui, Hawaii, USA – “How to pass the Torch without getting Burned”, on leadership succession. He is also a motivational trainer and management consultant working with renowned organizations like Singapore Airlines, leading banks and insurance companies as well as multi-national corporations.  He has a PhD from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in HR Personnel Selection in 1999, and chairs the Singapore Advisory Council of World Vision International, and is a founding elder of Riverlife Church. 

Jeffrey GOH, Group CEO, NETS – He was appointed following the acquisition of BCS and BCSIS in 2017. The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain with some S$1 trillion in transaction value processed through its systems every year. Mr. Goh has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology with particular expertise in payment solutions technology and also co-founded two payment solutions companies, having worked at IBM Singapore and National Computer Board previously. Mr Goh is a regional council member of UnionPay International and a council member of ASEAN+3’s East Asia Business Council and holds an MBA from the Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.  

Dr. Jeffrey JAENSUBHAKJI – Dr. Jaensubhakij was appointed as Group Chief Investment Officer on 1 January 2017. He joined GIC in 1998 as a Senior Economist covering the US economy. He has held asset allocation portfolio responsibilities as Co-Head of Asset Allocation Strategy in the Economics and Strategy Department, and from 2003 to 2011 was Head of Total Return Equities and the US Equities teams based in GIC’s New York Office. In 2011, he was appointed President, Europe, responsible for coordinating GIC’s investment activities in Europe across public and private asset classes. He was appointed President, Public Markets and Director of Public Equities in 2013, and Deputy Group Chief Investment Officer in 2016.     Dr. Jaensubhakij holds a BA in Economics from Cambridge University, as well as a Masters and a PhD in Economics from Stanford University. 

Danny KOH, Chief Executive Officer Tower Capital Asia - Danny has over 15 years of private equity experience in Southeast Asia and began his private equity career with 3i.   More recently, he led the Southeast Asia private equity team for Actis before he founded Tower Capital Asia in 2016.  Danny has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Besides being on the boards of portfolio companies, he sits on the audit committee of the National Council of Social Services Singapore and is Chairman of Brighton Community Church. 

Lynette LEONG, CEO, Capitaland Commercial - one of the largest office landlord in Singapore with a portfolio of cS$10 billion.  Ms Leong also serves on the boards of Singapore's National Environment Agency, the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and the advisory board of Singapore Management University's Lee Kong Chian School of Business.  Ms Leong has more than 20 years of international experience, including banking and finance and real estate fund management in the London, New York, Chicago and Asian offices of LaSalle Investment Management.  Prior to joining Capitaland, Ms Leong was CEO of Ascenda's South Korea office and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. 

TAN Chin Hwee, CEO, Trafigura Asia Pacific – Trafigura is one of the largest commodity traders in the world.  Before joining Trafigura, he was a founding partner in Asia for Apollo Global Management, a leading global alternative investment firm that is among the top three largest in the world.  He is a Non-Executive Director of Singapore Press Holdings Limited, Keppel REIT and KK Endowment Fund. Most recently, he has taken on the International Olympic Council Financial Advisor role.  Mr. Tan is also a member of the Panel for Government Parliamentary Committee for Finance and Trade and Industry, and Advisory Panel for Volunteer Youth Corp, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. He is an Adjunct Professor in a number of universities and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at NTU and author of the best-selling book, Asian Financial Statement Analysis: Detecting Financial Irregularities.  Mr. Tan has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree, graduating with Second Class Upper Honours in 1995 from NTU,  an MBA from Yale University and completed a postgraduate course at Harvard Kennedy School and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  Mr. Tan was honoured as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2010 and as a World Cities Summit Young Leader in 2014 and winner of the Singapore 2013 Distinguished Financial Industry Certified Professional (FICP) Award. 

Dr. TAN Lai-Yong - Upon graduation from NUS in 1985, Dr. Tan worked as a doctor in Singapore. In 1996, he and his wife, and one-year-old daughter moved to Yunnan, China, and joined a community development team, working with the poverty affected in remote villages, caring for orphans, disabled children and leprosy affected for 15 years.  As part of the China National Day celebrations in 2004, Dr. Tan was honoured with the Friendship Award for Foreign Experts at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing by then Premier Wen Jia Bao. Dr Tan was also awarded by several organisations including by the Singapore International Foundation for his community work and contribution.  Dr. Tan now serves as Director of Outreach and Community Engagement, College of Alice and Peter Tan at the National University of Singapore. 

Mildred TAN, Chairperson, Public Service Division’s International Advisory Panel (Prime Minister's Office) and Member of the Charity Council – Mildred Tan was the former managing director of Ernst & Young Advisory Pte Ltd, and is now active in community work where she is the.   Mildred sits on the boards of Esplanade Co. Ltd, Info-Communications Media Development Authority of Singapore and Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism (Ministry of Education).  Mrs. Tan was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 2008, and a Nominated Member of Parliament from 2009 to 2011. She is a graduate member of the British Psychology Society and completed her post-graduate Master of Education at Sheffield University in the UK and the HR Executive Program at Cornell University in the US. 

The Hon. Gregory W. Slayton - Mr. Slayton has a unique background, combining a business track record along with great communication skills. He brings his customary energy to all his ministry and business endeavours. Mr. Slayton is a former US Chief of Mission (aka US Ambassador), successful Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist, best-selling author and high tech CEO and adjunct professor at top universities in the US and China. Over the past five years, he has been a Distinguished Visiting Professor, Adjunct Professor and/or Lecturing Professor at Harvard, Stanford, Dartmouth, Beida (Peking University), UIBE (Beijing) and Szechuan University (Chengdu). He primarily teaches at the graduate business school level and specializes in Entrepreneurial Management,  Becoming a Global Manager,  Leadership and Management, and Management of High Growth Companies. Patrick TAY:  Mr. Tay is the Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC and Member of Parliament of West Coast GRC. He currently chairs the Government Parliamentary Committee for Manpower and co-chairs the Financial Sector Tripartite Committee with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.  As Director of NTUC’s Legal Services and Strategy, he represents the Labour Movement in tripartite workgroups to review/update employment and industrial relations legislation and has been pivotal in lobbying for the many changes to manpower related laws and policies in Singapore.   As legal adviser to NTUC-affiliated unions in Singapore, he has advised/represented numerous unions/members in complex and contentious issues, dispute resolution, conciliation and in the Industrial Arbitration Court. 

Gregory VIJAYENDRAN - Mr Vijayendran is a distinguished lawyer and Senior Counsel at Rajah & Tann LLP, jointly heading the Banking and Insolvency Litigation Practice group.  Gregory presently serves as President of the Singapore Academy of Law and President of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship, active in community and legal education.
